Hello! My name is Matt, and that feathery guy up there is Quill. We started CultrDux as a way to promote great work environments in restaurants by collecting and analyzing feedback from restaurant employees. Our mission is to grade companies based on their workplace culture and provide guidance to improve it, and to help job seekers find the best places to work based on the culture. Currently the site is in its baby stage and we will be working to add more content.
